Some key-topics addressed during the program included : 

> Self-leadership, cross-cultural diversity, and leader-values; 

> The challenges of women in leadership positions; 

> Environmental leader-dimensions : "Ecology and leadership"; 

> Change and transformational processes. 

Lectures, presentations and workshops offered and facilitated by guest lecturers, programme participants, and faculty-members of the Thierry Graduate School all contributed to the learning dynamics experienced by participants and faculty alike.

The program also featured an outdoors' day and city-trips. Most importantly, the much cherished Thierry family-spirit pervaded throughout the entirety of the  programme;  the 2004 Summer effectively established friendships between each of the worldwide participants.
