2005 Summer program.

This year's summer seminar-program, the third of its type, also known as the "Thierry Summit",  was held in Brussels from 5 to 20 July. Fourteen participants, including a number of faculty members, and representing ten countries in total, attended a portion or the whole of the  "Leading across Cultures, Building Bridges" program.

This year, and as a part of their individual curricula, ten participants from the online e-coached versions of our MA, MPhil, and PhD programs attended the Summer program. They effectively demonstrated the success of the off-campus versions of our Masters and doctoral programs. In line with the Thierry Graduate School's one-by-one approach the number of seats in these programs is limited.

While being articulated around the "Leading across Cultures, Building Bridges" thematic, and, as in the previous year, the size of the Summer group not exceeding sixteen participants, there were ample opportunities for open interaction, experiential exchange, and cross-cultural exposure among the leadership participants.

The program also featured an outdoor 'green' day, hosted by the Bal-family, and held in the Ardennes region, as well as visits to major historical cities in Belgium.

Apart from the courses and seminars in the domain of leadership, the Summer also was a great opportunity for participants and faculty to connect even better with fellow students and faculty members from around the globe, and to initiate friendships within the great family of THIERRY program-participants.
