Continued Growth of Ph.D. Admissions
On the
occasion of the new academic year Professor Bal, the Founding Director
of the Thierry Graduate School of Leadership, announced that the number
of places in the Ph.D. in Leadership and Mastery of Change will, once more, be increased. As of
January 2007 there will be sixteen places available. There had already
been an increase of four places in January 2006. The success of the
online-based programme generates a constant inflow of application requests from
qualifying applicants around the world.
As it further engages into another phase of its growth Prof. Bal
indicated that
the Graduate School is contemplating its future with a "realistic
degree of optimism". He further added: "Student-centeredness, one of
the hallmarks of the School, is and will remain the pivotal element in
the educational approach of our independent leadership school. Though we
are based at the heart of Europe we have a reach far beyond its borders.
We effectively meet the needs of leaders across the globe".
