There are, in the life of a leader active at the top-level, or of a person who will become a top leader, those events, moments, occurrences, or factors that trigger the need for expanding, beyond habitual boundaries, one's horizons of thought and action. Such a process can include the blending of past experiences with today's needs and challenges, combined with an enhanced vision of the future.

The Chronos programme, the framework of which was created by Prof. Jean-Pierre Bal, is a high-level resource that meets a wide array of requirements. It is a knowledge, creativity, and wisdom type of springboard, for continued leadership growth and excellence of a top leader, and indirectly for the organisation he (she) leads.

Articulated with its unique concept and approach, the programme was launched in 2002. It was a première in the world, epitomising the Thierry Graduate School's innovative pioneering in personalised top leadership development programmes.   > next page
