The Chronos, the Unique Top-Level Curriculum in Leadership Excellence

The Chronos Senior Executive Leadership programme is aimed at top-level leaders who are active on a national, multinational, or global scale, in the capacity of head of state or nation, or leading a large community, corporation, public organisation, or in education.

The Chronos is offered in two modes, both of which focus on the top echelon of executive excellence and succession. The first mode aims at grooming a "to-become" top-leader or chief executive officer, for instance in the leadership succession of a large organisation or institution. 

The second mode focuses on the needs of already active senior leaders (CEOs) who seek to reach a still higher level of excellence in organisational leadership, governance, and renewal. The Chronos also provides unique new "paths and avenues" that help to ensure the continuity of a leader's lifetime work.   > next page
