The CHRONOS is an exclusive programme of the THIERRY Graduate School of Leadership of Belgium.

When Guides Engage Wholeheartedly into a Leadership Journey

The Chronos CEO and the mentor together undertake the Guide-to-Guide Journey. Both guides use the Chronos framework as a comprehensive and adjustable roadmap in which there are three main itineraries: the Guide is firstly a Guide to People, yet also a Custodian of Values, as well as an Architect of Change. 

The programme's framework is partly based on an "odyssey" type of approach. It mirrors the unpredictability of certain elements in the leader-life. The CEO pursues the programme in a combination with his (her) professional career and work agenda, and personal and social life.  

The Journey Meetings are of varying nature, length, and content, and also include exclusive reference compendia. The meetings of the Guides are held in the Guides'  countries of residence, or at other locations around the world, and in some cases also by videoconferencing means. > next page
