The CHRONOS an exclusive programme of the THIERRY Graduate School of Leadership of Belgium.

Travelling Many Paths, Reaching Several Destinations, and the Horizon-Title

The programme addresses all of the expected personal competencies and activity components that are part of leadership at the top-level; for example in strategic leadership, intra-organisational dynamics, public communication, environmental responsibility, organisational governance, crisis leadership, and mastery of change.

The entire Chronos approach further strengthens the CEO's talents for identifying key-issues, for taking high quality decisions, and for the process of enacting changes. The Chronos therewith addresses many challenges that lie ahead in a top-leader's life, for the members in the organisation, and in our society and 21st century in general. 

In light of the level, scope, and specific framework of the programme, the number of leaders attending a personalised Chronos is limited to no more than three, and each person individually. The very exclusive Chief Executive Leadership Fellowship diploma of the School is awarded upon completion of the entire Chronos programme.
