Preamble (update). As of 2010-2011 the 'Executive' versions of our master's curriculum in leadership will be offered in modified formats and locations in Europe. The information found below is provided as an overall guideline about the program. The actual course delivery, classroom attendance, online courses,... are subject to slight variations depending on the curriculum formats and geographical locations. Originally based in Brussels, the scope-location of both the program and its participants has been extended, by means of a commuting system of faculty members, and in certain cases by cooperations. For instance in France with the INSIL, Institut Supérieur International de Leadership. As of 2010-2011, and 2011-2012, the geographical area encompasses (1) north-western continental Europe, a nd (2) south-eastern Europe (contingent on the number of admissions).
Admissions (Executive program)
________________________ General Information _________________________ Qualifying applicants -- Each applicant should demonstrate:
(1) a strong motivation in his/her continuous leader-development and growth Apart from a personal interview (see below), the motivation would be expressed in the applicant's written statement of objectives, and by two persons who recommend the applicant.
(2) a relevant professional experience. usually amounting to at least 5 years, possibly up to ten or more years. The content, scope and depth of experience prevail; a leadership component is indispensable.
(3) successful completion of an (under)graduate program (min. 3 years' Bachelor or equivalent program), preferably a masters degree (MBA, MA, MSc) from an approved institution of higher education (university, college, "école supérieure", "hochschule", "hogeschool",...).

Personal interview: Each applicant is kindly invited to contact Prof. Jean-Pierre Bal in order to arrange a face-to-face interview (email directorate@thierryschool.be) The interview can be held in Belgium (Brussels), and other locations for executives residing in Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Application forms and guidelines will be sent by email, upon request. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and until all seats are filled by admitted applicants (until the participants team is constituted). Timely (early) application is necessary.

Important: The Executive masters programme is offered partly in-classroom (face-to-face mode) and partly online (asynchronous mode). In view of visa and residence regulations, the admission to-, and attendance of the program is restricted to applicants who legally reside in a EU country. The school will not provide visa or housing assistance for persons who do not meet the above criteria, whether before or during the program.
