The MBA 'bridge' towards the masters in leadership

There are important differences between graduate business administration education (MBA) and graduate leadership development or education (MA in Leadership). 

Our graduate school's approach was already highlighted many years ago, for example in the article "The Mind of a Leader" (published in 2002 in BizEd, the official magazine of the AACSB). 

Since then the programmatic efficacy of the dual degree MBA/MA Leadership has been measured and benchmarked on a bi-yearly basis. It is preferable that the attendance and completion of our executive leadership diploma and masters in leadership curriculum be after an MBA (i.e. post-MBA program).
