She
also lectures, and leads the current-year group of participants, in the
EUROPA masters
programme, as well as e-coaches a number of Europe-based participants
who attend either the
online-based version of the MA in Leadership, or one of the School's rootstock
programmes. Cecilia is also a member of the final papers' evaluation panel
for the masters graduates.

Dr.
Gómez is active for our Graduate School on a part-time basis, in the
areas of cross-cultural leader-dynamics, and in
conjunction with her international consultancy work at CEO-level. Cecilia is
specialised in the domain of special seminar (non-degree) type of executive
programmes, and is often active in environments and organisational settings where
a degree of high urgency (crisis leadership) prevails.
