Hind Hasna Masri

StaySail Coach-lecturer, as a Ph.D. programme-participant 

Specialty areas: Youth Leadership Development, and  Leadership Communication in Diplomacy

Hind Hasna Masri is based in Amman, Jordan, and is a freelance trainer in Communication and Leadership Skills. For the past three decades Hind has also been working, in multiple capacities, in a family-owned business. 

As a learning facilitator Mrs. Masri is training the diplomatic attachés at the Institute of Diplomacy, which is affiliated with the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Institute of Diplomacy's participants come from different countries and have diverse backgrounds. 

In addition to her activities that focus on the training of experienced adults, Hind has, throughout her career, trained students of different ages, at various universities, schools and institutes.

Hind is a member of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organisation active in the practice-development of communication and leadership skills. She has served as Area Governor, being responsible for nine Toastmasters Clubs in Jordan as well as many other capacities with the Middle East area.

In terms of her educational background Hind holds a Bachelors degree in Chemistry, and a MSc in Analytical Chemistry. She is currently working towards her PhD degree in Leadership and Mastery of Change at our Graduate School. Hind attended and lectured at the 2007 edition of our Summer residential programme (the picture at the right was taken on that occasion, at the Directorate office of the School). 

Hind is particularly keen on working with the youth in Jordan. She has a passion for working with that specific target group of people, and to instil in them the skills that will enable each of them to build and experience a better future.
