Paul Thornton is an author, consultant, and associate professor of business administration  in Massachusetts. He is also an associate professor-at-large at our Graduate School, and was a special guest-lecturer during our 2004 Summer residence program. 

Through seminars and individual coaching Paul helps executives, managers, and organizations reach their potential. He has, since 1980, trained numerous supervisors and managers to become more effective leaders. Paul is the author of six books in coaching, management and leadership.
