For the Hercules version of our Master of Arts in
Leadership programme the learning-mode is based on an asynchronous educational
approach. This entails that each programme participant (student) attends his/her
own personalised curriculum, and at his/her own pace. The individual
programme-flow is therefore not synchronised with that of other participants. Depending on your professional and
learning agendas (personal pace), and on the previous experience and studies,
the Hercules Masters programme can be completed in a time-span of 18 to 28
months. The twelve Works include a project paper and a
practice-oriented masters thesis requirement. As outlined on the main page the
curriculum is articulated around the following components:
For the participants who have a physical, medical and/or travel impairment there is a possibility to attend the entire programme online (no summer residential). In such a case special approval by the Graduate School's directorate is required.
