Hercules programme: personalisation (in the GD part)

In the Hercules framework the GD programme portion is personalised as much as possible, it being added to  the main backbone curriculum that meets academic requirements. A senior faculty member will undertake the task of ensuring that the GD curriculum meets the participant's needs and expectations. Moreover, via its e-library of course-materials the School offers the possibility of accessing other learning documents that find their sources around the globe, therewith opening up a myriad of interconnections found in the greater realms of leadership and mastery of change. 

The possibilities for personalisation are also tied to the core course-subjects found in the GD + MA concentration which serves as an initial curriculum-track. The base-parameters that are taken into account when designing the personalised Hercules programme-supplements include:

   individual and career profile, highlighting

- earlier higher education;

- leader-experience;

- culture, region; ...

  career aims and specific professional objectives;

  current working or learning environment;  

  wishes in terms of personal development;....

This tailor-making is a unique programme-feature in the GD+MA programmatic framework, and is combined with the personalised coaching, and with the special summer residence. These features are  important cornerstones of successful program completion, and leadership development. In sum it reflects the "'Thierry way" of ensuring learning effectiveness, and readiness in the face of leadership challenges lying ahead in one's career.
