Our leadership school, an independent university-level institute of specialised higher education, is based in Belgium, Europe. Programmes are offered in the fields of corporate, public, cross-cultural, or environmental leadership and change; as well as leadership development courses aimed at leadership educators, trainers, and coaches. The THIERRY way of learning leadership is progressive, strengthening, and harmonised with one's personal and professional life. Each participant in our programmes develops a second to none expertise in the art of being a more effective leader. As an academy that grooms leaders one by one, we focus on each person individually.
