Overview
of the THIERRY programmes
In
each of
the school's courses there is a comprehensive personal
development (leader growth) component, in combination with the formal
curriculum, and with the participant's professional life (part-time or full-time occupation). Our
courses
aim at meeting the needs of the individual, in
his (her) being both
a learner and a
leader. The leader-role
(leadership) includes high responsibilities, especially in human
terms. We therefore deem that the best leader-learning and developmental
mode, one that actually typifies the THIERRY leadership school, is the
progressive learning plus one-by-one or person-centred approach. We expect that our
