Overview
of the THIERRY programmes
In each of the school's courses there is a comprehensive personal development (leader growth) component, in combination with the formal curriculum, and with the participant's professional life (part-time or full-time occupation). Our courses aim at meeting the needs of the individual, in his (her) being both a learner and a leader. The leader-role (leadership) includes high responsibilities, especially in human terms. We therefore consider that the best leader-learning and developmental mode, one that actually typifies the THIERRY leadership school, is the progressive learning plus one-by-one or person-centred approach.
Comprehensive leadership development programmes in
business environments, offered in corporate university mode. For more
information about the executive
seminars, coaching, and corporate masters programme click
The residence programmes include the Summer institute, as well as special residential seminars held at other moments during the year.
The
school's CLEAR unit is active in knowledge sharing and
other forms of cooperation, through partnerships with educational
institutions, corporations, foundations, and governments.
The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Leadership Studies curriculum was offered from 2002 to 2008. It has since been replaced by the PALS + PhD programme.
