Overview of the THIERRY programmes

  Programmes  (as of May 2009)  

The PGD + Ph.D. in Leadership (Advanced Leadership Studies, and Mastery of Change). The Twin Curriculum, or dual programme, is intended for experienced professionals active in the fields of, mainly, human development; leadership development and education programmes, and in the change processes for organisational or societal improvement and growth.  

The GD + MA in Leadership (Applied Leadership Studies). This dual-paths programme meets the developmental needs of executives in corporations mainly. The curriculum blends practice-oriented theory with personal development , skills and competencies, and day-to-day applications of leadership (in leading).  

The GD + MA in Environmental Leadership. The TERRA programme is aimed at individuals who wish to focus on the domain of leadership for the environment, for instance in view of climate change and environmental policy. The curricula also address personal competencies' development  and team dynamics. 

  The CHRONOS Chief Executive Leader Program is intended for top-level leaders, for instance in leader succession of large or family-owned organisations, or in head-of-state or similar positions in government or in public or supranational organisations. This unique CEO programme is offered only by the Thierry Graduate School of Leadership. 

  The Thierry SUMMER Programme ("The Thierry Summit") is a two-week residential seminars' programme generally held in July of each year. It is an international and course-intensive event, in which practice-oriented courses and workshops in leadership and change are combined with an exposure to foreign cultures. Our Summer institute is an extra-ordinary forum welcoming up to sixteen talented individuals from around the globe, including participants who attend the THIERRY Online distance education programmes.

  The DUCTUM/Talents Executive Leadership programme, Europe (individual leadership development tutorship) To be offered in 2010, information to be released soon.

  The Class of 2012 Executive programme leading to a Master of Arts in Leadership degree is a part-time (two years) executive programme offered in a blended or hybrid learning format (evening classes plus online). It is intended for active professionals and executives who reside in Belgium, and who wish to increase their self, interpersonal, and leader-competencies to optimal levels. 

  Centre for Leadership Education and Advancement Resources (CLEAR - CREAL)  

The CLEAR unit is active in knowledge sharing and other forms of cooperation, through partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, foundations, and governments. > More

  Other programmes

  The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Leadership Studies, also called "Pegasus" programme, addressed the  needs of executive coaches, consultants, and trainers in leadership development. Its curriculum, created before the doctorate one, and subsequently merged into it, is no longer offered nowadays.
