Pegasus is the surname of the Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Leadership Studies programme at the THIERRY Graduate School of Leadership. It is a postgraduate programme that meets the needs of trainers and practitioners, leader development experts, executive coaches, and academic staff active in Europe and in many other parts of the world. The demand for accrediting a leadership educator's professional expertise is expanding rapidly; our MPhil and PhD programmes are at the forefront of this trend.

The Pegasus, offered since 2002, is based on practice-oriented research and knowledge development. Since 2006 the MPhil also addresses the needs of candidates who undertake a pre-doctoral curriculum (prior to the THIERRY PhD-programme).

The MPhil in Leadership Studies, the Thierry PhD in Leadership and Mastery of Change, and the Coryphaeus CEO exclusive curriculum are unique programmes of very high standing offered by the Thierry Graduate School of Belgium.
