Hercules Online Programme Version: Tuition Fees (updated on 12 May 2008)
The total tuition fees for the online-based Hercules masters programme currently amount to EURO 10.090 This level is valid for new students who start the programme before 31 August 2008. The tuition fee-level as of 1 September 2008 is EURO 10.675.
The fee-level that applies at the moment of the new participant's programme-start remains unchanged throughout the entire duration of the programme.
The above fees include (1) the cost of all required learning materials made available to you in your personal web-folder on one of the Thierry Graduate School's web-servers, (2) the coaching by a Thierry Faculty-member (including the telecom costs), (3) the assignments' review, grading and feedback, and (4) the degree issuance costs. Financial aid plans and tuition reductions (grants) are available for qualifying applicants.
The additional fee for the special two-week Summer residential-program in Belgium amounts to approx. EURO 1.350. This fee includes the lodging in a three-stars hotel, the breakfasts and most luncheons. There is no financial aid available for the Summer program.
Remittance of fees The tuition fees for the Hercules are divided into three equal parts. The first part is due two weeks before the start of the programme; the second and third part are due at, respectively, 8 and 16 months after the programme-start. The fee for the Summer residential-program is due by 30 April of the given summer-year (i.e. two months before the summer institute). Unless the programme start takes place within a month, a confirmation Fee of EURO 1.500 (US$ 1,650) is due when admission is confirmed by the School's Directorate. This confirmation fee will be deducted from the first part of the tuition fees. The confirmation fee is not refunded in case of a late withdrawal or cancellation by the participant.

Fact:
The 'Hercules', created by the Thierry Graduate School of Leadership of Belgium, and launched in 2002, was the very first Masters in Leadership programme offered by means of the internet, by a Europe-based institution of higher education.
