Graduate (Masters) Programme in Leadership and Mastery of Change

- Brief Presentation of the MA in Leadership (MAL)  -

  The MA - Master of Arts in Leadership (MAL) is one our Graduate School's flagship programmes (other: PhD).

Our masters curriculum is composed of intertwined learning sets, in the areas of human behaviour, self-knowledge, self-leadership, team dynamics and leadership, organizational leadership, strategy, and mastery of change. Our internationally recognized programme addresses the needs and expectations of participants who have 5 to 15 years of professional experience. Furthermore the curriculum is clearly oriented toward the daily practice of leadership, of being an effective leader.

The accredited MAL currciulum in Brussels  is offered in two learning modes or educational settings:

(1) the EUROPA version of the MA in Leadership comprises classroom sessions, team-workshops, and online courses. There is a possibility to combine it with another Master's programme (MBA, MPA, ...);

(2) the 'Sirius' version is a private tutoring mode, possibly combined with some classroom courses of the City Programme or of the Hercules online-version.

"mature dare-devils" (an optional extra-curricular activity)

The accredited distance education programme of the MAL is offered by our School's Online Leadership Academy. This version is called HERCULES. In the online system there are several learning modes as well; the most recommended one is the online core programme with a supplemental 2-weeks residential summer seminar in Brussels (a.k.a. the Thierry Summer Summit).

The blended learning programmes are tailored to the person's needs -- these programmes combine some of the following learning modes and means : on-campus courses; online courses; intensive 4-day seminars;  two-weeks summer program; one-to-one coaching; phone coaching; web-assisted conferencing, individual tutoring or mentoring, and co-curricular (joint programme) possibilities.
