Centre de Ressources pour l'Enseignement et l'Avancement du Leadership (CREAL)

With the CLEAR, the Centre for Leadership Education and Advancement Resources (in French CREAL, Centre de Ressources pour l'Enseignement et l'Avancement du Leadership) the graduate school welcomes the opportunity of cooperating in leadership education and development with other educational institutions, leadership consultancy and development firms, leadership research centres ("think-tanks"), and private, non-governmental, or public organisations around the world. 

CLEAR offers the possibility of using its LEADERDUCT knowledge-sharing concept, which includes the design, implementation, and monitoring of entire curricula, or sets of courses or seminars, in the areas of leadership development, leadership practice, environmental leadership, and leadership education (the grooming of leaders) in general. All programmes include the organisation of courses in accordance with the LEADERFLOW approach found in the L-VORTEX educational and learning  framework in leadership development. 

In the case of intercollegiate cooperative projects these can be aimed at single or joint (dual) degree, diploma, or certificate programmes, and can be offered in several learning modes (residence in-classroom, online, hybrid,...), and in several languages of instruction. In the case of distance learning programmes, the cooperation is organised conjointly with INSIL, international higher institute for leadership based in France.  

In accordance with its independent status our institution pursues self-sustained organisational development. Henceforward the funding of cooperative projects by external sources is contingent on adequate reciprocal alignment of aims and means, and with the conditions for funding.
