(this page was last updated on 21 November 2009)
The THIERRY Graduate Diploma plus Master of Arts in Leadership dual programme includes a state-of-the-art curriculum in which the Applied Leadership part aims at the personal development and growth in effective leadership practice, mastery of change, and in the many other related areas of learning (multidisciplinary approach). The ensuing Master of Arts degree part of the curriculum crowns the entire Dual Programme.
In
all of our programmes the emphasis is placed on progressive
learning, building, and growth -from improved
self-awareness to optimal
self-leadership;
further in a correlation with team leadership competencies and organisational leadership
development; interweaved with the initiation, management and mastery of personal and
of organisational change processes.
Our curricula meet the objectives set forth in our School's Educational Mission, and in the Participant's Individual Objectives. The learning approach is person-centred and multi-facetted. Year-round no more than 24 programme-participants worldwide attend the THIERRY Dual Programme, offered in several learning modes.
English is the language of instruction, coaching, and documentation in the entire curriculum. The personalised coaching and mentoring can also be offered in other languages, thanks to our multi-cultural faculty team, and in some cases through joint-ventures with other institutions worldwide.
