The Pegasus emblem characterises the Master of Philosophy in Leadership Studies programme of the Thierry Graduate School of Leadership, Belgium.

The emblem is similar to the Pegasus Badge of the armed forces. It expresses a form of tribute to retired SAS (Special Forces) officers who are members of the family of Prof. Bal. Their helpfulness and advice was instrumental during the stage that preceded the actual founding of the Graduate School.

However, the use of this emblem does not express a form of relationship with, or endorsement by, the military forces, or vice versa; nor by public, private,  or other organizations that use a winged-horse as an emblem.
